In a frequency healing session, we go deeper than symptom management. We go to the underlying causes that forced our bodies to fall out of balance in the first place.
YOUR FIRST FREQUENCY SESSION
In this 90 minute introductory session we will spend time getting acclimated to each others energy while discussing sound & frequency, your astrological natal chart and how this modality can best support your personal situation.
I will then call in your quantum energetic body into my sacred space while You simply lay back, relax and receive at your location.
I will use guided meditation, visualization and energy healing along with the tones & frequencies of tuning forks to clear & tune “You” to your true frequency.
The frequency waves created by tuning forks rebalance and harmonize the energy field surrounding your body as well as your chakra system.
The coherent input of the tuning fork gently supports the body in recognizing and changing its own vibrational imbalances, helping it to autocorrect. This supports emotions & discordant energies to release rather than continuing to be suppressed, preventing dis-ease.
In other words, we sweep the energy field of everything from past emotional trauma, anger, fear, depression, anxiety, addiction, childhood and past life experiences and neutralize it. I also use various tuning forks to clear, realign & re-tune your chakra system to its true frequency.
We are ultimately increasing the vibration of your whole being creating a state of homeostasis and wellness.

Mini “911 Emergency” Clearing
Sometimes you can feel the effects of an entity attachment or negative energies holding on to your field and you need an immediate quick & powerful sweep to release it.
In this 20 - 30 minute remote clearing session, we will schedule a time when you will get comfortable where you are and I, from my location, will scan for discordant energies or entities in your field and release them using specific intentions & frequencies. I will also clear and retune your chakra system as needed.
You will receive a written summary immediately afterwards detailing my findings and the details of the clearing.

Remote Frequency Session
This session is NOT on zoom, this is NOT an interactive session. This is the process of the practitioner sending healing energy & frequencies over a distance to a client who cannot attend a live session.
The practitioner channels energy and frequencies to the client to help facilitate clearing and healing on the whole energetic body system and every aspect of health, allowing your body and system to regain its true natural frequency and state of homeostasis.
After the session, a recording will be uploaded and emailed to you with the practitioners notes of her findings..

GROUP HEALING aka “Sound bath”
“Sound baths” were created to be a self care experience in between regular sound therapy work to keep the chakras and bio field clear; to aid in healing; to strengthen the mind body connection and most importantly to keep your frequency and vibration high so you can maintain life at a higher state living in flow.
All that is needed, for this 1 hour group session, is a zoom connection, a set of headphones and a comfortable place to relax and receive.

what to expect in your session
To prepare for your session, I ask that you are hydrated. Please drink lots of water before session. Water is very important to help move electrical currents in your field and body. I will also remind you to drink plenty of water at least 1 liter immediately after session.
In this work I will be using tuning forks tuned to various ancient frequencies that will clear, rebalance & retune your chakras, meridians and your outer energy field. I will also be doing energy work throughout the session which will be guided to you by the frequencies.
This work is very powerful and can create a healing reaction so I would like to get you through this as gently as possible.
A Healing Reaction (the term I prefer) or detox is the occurrence of physical symptoms following an energy, frequency/sound session or energy attunement. Reactions can manifest as headache, nausea, cold or flu-like symptoms, gastrointestinal upset, mental or emotional upset, or a temporary intensification of the symptoms of a chronic condition or illness.
A Healing Reaction indicates that the body is detoxifying in preparation for healing.
If you experience any of these symptoms, increase your water intake, consume electrolytes, drink peppermint tea with ginger & lemon also a soak in an epsom salt bath will all ease this. You may also want to have a comforting meal to help ground you.
For our session please have headphones, a computer with a camera so that we may chat face to face on zoom and a comfortable place to lay down and settle into. Please feel free to have an eye pillow, blankets, or anything that makes you feel safe & cozy.
